Museum Passes
Museum passes are purchased by the Friends for use by library patrons. Passes circulate for one day only to Stoneham residents 18 years of age or older with a Stoneham library card in good standing. Reservations can be made in person or by phone. All passes must be picked up during library hours. In the event, a patron cannot use a pass which has already been picked up, we ask that they make an effort to return it to the library before the reservation date so that others may use it.
Single-use only passes:
Passes may be picked up 48 hours before your reservation date. Each pass is only valid for the day printed on the pass and therefore they do not have to be returned to the library after use.
Children's Museum, Boston
Museum is closed from January 1 - May 1, 2007 for renovations.Admits up to 4 people, $2 per person
Museum of Science
Admits up to 4 people, $4 per person.
Not good for Omni, Planetarium, or combination tickets.
Museum of Fine Arts
Admits up to 2 people for $5.00 apiece. Tickets to special exhibitions in the Gund Gallery are $7.00 apiece.
Multiple-use only passes:
Multiple-use passes can be re-used throughout the year by library patrons and therefore, it is important that they be returned to the library in a timely manner. Weekday passes are available after 10am on the morning of the day selected. You may also call the library the day before your reservation date and if the pass has been returned, you may pick it up that day before closing. Daily passes must be returned the evening of the day borrowed by using the book drop in the front of the building. Weekend passes must be picked up by Friday, 5pm in summer; Saturday 2pm during the school year (from Labor Day through Memorial Day). Weekend passes must be returned by Monday. Overdue fines of $5.00/day will be charged for passes. Patrons will be charged for a new museum pass in the event that it is lost.
Massachusetts State Parks Parking Pass
This pass provides visitors unlimited day-use parking access to state park facilities within the DCR that charge a parking fee, with the exception of Nahant and Nantasket Beaches. For a list of facilities that charge a fee, please click here.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday pass: Free general admission for 2.
Tuesday, Thursday pass: Free general admission for 2.
Saturday pass: Free general admission for 2.
Sunday pass: Free general admission for 2.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday pass: Free general admission for 2 adults and 4 children, 10% discount in all Zoo New England gift shops and food concessions, discounts on "Wild Adventures" education programs, and express entry on high attendance days.
